• Using the StruCAD modelling software, our detailers produce all fabrication, general arrangement & erection drawings.
• 3D model provided to the client to be viewed, dimensioned and commented upon – speeds up approval of the model & foresee any possible issues with follow on trades.
• All steelwork details, dimensions and design is then passed to our workshop electronically between our drafting software and our CNC machines.
• NC data is automatically transferred to our management system ‘Strumis’ which nests/orders and tracks materials.
• CNC machinery receives instructions to drill/mark & cut material directly from the 3D model
